Job Opportunity: Temporary Compliance Officer (Hybrid – West London)

Location: West London (2 days on-site, 3 days WFH)

Contract: 12 weeks

Rate: £150 per day (via Umbrella)

or other regulated industries?

We're working with a well-established organisation to recruit a
Temporary Compliance Officer
for a short-term assignment, supporting the operations team to audit and improve compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed audits of historical personnel records, onboarding documents, and pension files
  • Identify gaps, errors, or non-compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HMRC, The Pensions Regulator, etc.)
  • Map and document current processes, highlighting areas of risk or inefficiency
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to ensure robust, compliant systems going forward

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven compliance experience within regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of employment records, onboarding practices, and pension regulations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and auditing skills
  • Ability to start within the next couple of weeks
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
