Reward Specialist

We're looking for an analytical and engaging problem solver to join our Reward team. Building strong relationships you will work with our Reward Managers and wider People teams, you'll bring a data driven approach to everything you do, helping us make sound, evidence based decisions. You'll turn complex information into clear insights, supporting stakeholders with analysis that informs business projects, pay reviews and bonus planning. You'll also play a part in maintaining strong industrial relations, supporting union activity, and building positive, collaborative relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality work and earn strong feedback
- Analysing a variety of data to provide insight and recommendations that drive informed decisions
- Supporting salary reviews, bonus plans, and other pay changes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Contributing to industrial relations activity and supporting queries from our union partners
- Helping teams plan and manage reward budgets effectively across 3–6 month planning cycles
- Proactively review processes and documents to recommend improvements
About You:
- Highly analytical, with strong numerical skills and experience working with data (including Excel and reporting tools)
- Able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Confident communicator who can challenge, influence, and build strong relationships across the business
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities
- Curious and eager to build your understanding of reward, finance, and industrial relations
