Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in a hospitality environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. If you have experience in hotel or janitorial services and possess a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
  • Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with janitorial duties and cleaning equipment is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.21-£12.22 per hour
