UK Based Corporate Finance Attorney

Latitude is seeking experienced UK-based corporate finance attorneys to assist one of its AmLaw 50 law firm clients with an internal project involving the review of complex finance agreements. This is a flexible, multi-month contract engagement and candidates may work remotely from any location in the United Kingdom. Prior experience working in the corporate finance practice group of a mid-to-large size law firm representing private equity groups, commercial lending institutions and/or major public and private companies in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, loan workouts and restructurings, is preferred.

- 10+ years of sophisticated corporate finance experience, preferably with a mid-to-large size law firm in the UK
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed and in good standing in the United Kingdom
- Outstanding references
Position Details of the UK-Based Corporate Finance Attorney (Remote Contract Engagement):
- Type of role: Contract Engagement
- Schedule: Flexible (full-time, part-time, or anywhere in-between)
- Location: Fully Remote, but candidates must reside in the UK
Compensation
Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 (US Dollars) or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference (each candidate's pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate's competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
