Service Advisor – Omoda Jaecoo, Fish Brothers

Our brand-new Omoda Jaecoo dealership opened in March, introducing an exciting new brand to the Fish Brothers portfolio. As we continue building and developing this site, we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to play a key role in establishing our new Service Department.

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the customer journey from the very beginning.

What you'll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for customers visiting our Service Department
• Managing service and repair bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
• Providing clear updates and explanations of work required, costs, and timescales
• Liaising between customers and the workshop to ensure accurate communication
• Upselling service plans, accessories, and value-added products
• Supporting the setup and development of processes within our brand-new department

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail
• A proactive, customer-first mindset
• Confident using dealer management systems and Microsoft Office

What we offer:

• Basic salary: £30,000 with an OTE of around £34,000
• The opportunity to help establish and grow a new Service Department within an exciting new franchise

Experience:

• Service Advisor in the automotive industry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• driving licence with less than 7 points (preferred)
