Betterclean Services Exeter is hiring for a cleaning supervisor for a medical centre in Exmouth, Devon, working within a team of 4. Shifts are: 6pm - 8.15pm.

Hours are: 2.25 hours per day Monday- Friday = 11.25 hours per week.

Your skills and experience

Experience as a cleaner isn't essential, as we provide full training. However, you'll need to:

  • Be reliable and trustworthy, with good attention to detail
  • Have a positive attitude, and take pride in doing your job well
  • Genuinely care about delivering to the highest quality for our clients
  • Be organised and able to work effectively alone or as part of a team

Cleaning and Supervisor Responsibilities

You'll be expected to:

  • Clean all areas to our high standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing.
  • Work safely with required chemicals, and follow a cleaning routine
  • Monitor your equipment and provide accurate monthly stock takes
  • Willingly receive regular feedback in a constructive and professional manner
  • Ensure the team are cleaning to the required standards
  • Stock ordering
  • Reporting any issues to the management team or any defects on site to the Client.
