Your role 

Are you ready to take the next step in your retail career? As a Store Supervisor at GAP you will be a confident leader that will support our management team and help drive day-to-day success. As a key part of the leadership structure, you'll act as a mentor to team members, lead by example and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with energy and has a passion for developing others. You'll take the ownership of assigned operational areas, support functional tasks, and help create a positive high-performance team culture.

To be a successful Store Supervisor at GAP you will:

  • Support and step in for management when needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Act as a role model to the team and support driving performances and behaviors 
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and customer loyalty
  • Take accountability for assigned tasks and areas of expertise 
  • Help maintain store standards, productivity and visual presentation
  • Train, coach and support the team members in building skills and confidence
  • Contribute to sales goals through suggestive upselling, and exceptional service
  • Support store openings, closings and general store functional duties

About you:

  • At least 6 months of strong retail experience (supervisory or team lead experience is a plus)
  • A natural communicator who builds trust and motivates others
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great service 
  • A proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills
  • Leads with integrity and models brand values at all times
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
