About the Role

We're hiring skilled Maintenance Mechanics to support our manufacturing operations in the UAE. You'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and keep output on target.



Key Responsibilities
  • Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant machinery and utilities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical faults to restore equipment safely and quickly.
  • Assist with installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machines.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace parts for conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and valves.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and escalate recurring issues to supervisors.
  • Follow lockout/tagout and all site safety procedures; keep work areas clean and organized.


Qualifications
  • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (high-volume preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems and mechanical assemblies.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals; basic computer literacy.
  • Strong safety mindset, teamwork, and communication skills.


Nice to Have (Optional)
  • Experience with CMMS/EAM systems.
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting (motors, sensors) and alignment/balancing skills.
  • Welding/fabrication exposure.
