Senior Consultant
to join our team and take ownership of a warm, proven desk within one of the most exciting and fast-growing markets in the UK.

What you'll be doing

  • Running your own market – with autonomy, trust and freedom
  • Managing end-to-end executive search assignments across Operations, Quality, Clinical and Corporate Services
  • Developing long-term partnerships with leading organisations
  • Building and nurturing high-value candidate networks
  • Driving commercial growth within an uncapped, high-performing environment
  • Working closely with Directors on retained projects and senior mandates

What we're looking for

  • Someone ambitious, proactive and commercially sharp
  • 360 recruitment experience (sector-agnostic – we hire for mindset, not background)
  • A consultant who enjoys ownership, strategy and long-term relationship building
  • Someone who thrives in a mature, autonomous culture (no micromanagement, ever)
  • A consultative, credible communicator who takes pride in their work
