A bit about the job:

As Head of Data Integration , you'll lead the delivery of an integrated enterprise data estate that underpins Aviva's strategic goals. Reporting to the Group Chief Data Officer, you'll work closely with senior leaders across General Insurance, Corporate & Markets, and other Group functions. Your role will ensure seamless integration, minimise disruption, and enable synergy targets through common design, shared component delivery, and adoption of best practices. You'll be accountable for driving data governance, architecture, and delivery management to enhance enterprise capabilities.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Significant experience in data delivery and transformation, with a proven track record of leading change at scale.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data landscapes, governance, architecture, and integration principles.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented, with a relentless focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

    National:
    circa £120,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
