Duties:

- Undertake the housekeeping function, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

  • Would suit job share or two people for up to 20 hours each

  • Manage all laundry and keep an inventory of laundry given to external suppliers for cleaning

  • Turn and refresh hotel rooms as required

  • Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
  • Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and practices

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
