We are seeking a highly motivated
Trader
to join our dynamic team in our London office, supporting our cryptocurrency trading desk, with a focus on Korean markets. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact within our fast-growing and innovative organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Execute and manage trades across crypto markets, with a focus on Korea and broader Asian markets.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities through continuous monitoring of price action, order flow, and market developments.
• Develop and implement trading strategies based on quantitative and qualitative market analysis.
• Manage positions, monitor risk exposure, and ensure adherence to internal limits and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with research, operations, and technology teams to optimize trading tools, execution workflows, and post-trade processes.
• Maintain a strong understanding of macroeconomic trends, market structure, and liquidity dynamics
• Generate trading ideas and contribute to the overall profitability of the desk.
• Provide market insights and performance updates to management and cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Native Korean language skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Keen interest in financial markets and trading
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach to trading
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, make quick decisions and handle high volumes of transactions
• A keen interest in staying updated with trends and news in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrencies. Prior personal experience is a plus.
