We're looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our care team. As a Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.

Whether you have experience in care or are just starting your journey, we'll provide full paid training and continuous support to help you succeed.

What We Offer

  • Pay: £12.72 – £13.57 per hour
  • Training: Paid classroom, online, and shadowing sessions
  • Start Date: Immediate starts available through our fast-track recruitment process
  • Career Progression: Carer → Senior Carer → Team Leader
  • Hours: Flexible full-time or part-time shifts — mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Support: Friendly management team and an inclusive, supportive work culture

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and companionship with empathy and respect
  • Support clients with meals, medication, and light household tasks
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every visit
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

What We're Looking For

  • Previous care experience (essential)
  • A kind, patient, and dependable attitude
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
