Summary

Due to continual expansion within our Building Services division, we are currently seeking a full-time experienced Joiner / Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will be based from Dunmurry but travel throughout NI.

Responsibilities

  • This role will require you to carry out first and second fix joinery work throughout NI.
  • Repair and maintenance works.
  • Ensure work is completed to high-quality industry standards.
  • Maintain all records and complete all required paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with householders and clients.
  • You may also be required to carry out other general maintenance duties.

Successful candidates will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's previous experience essential
  • Valid CSR Card
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent trade qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
