Job Title: Digital Marketer

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum not pro rata (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Location: Hybrid - 2 days Bolton office based.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and up-to-date with the latest digital trends.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage content creation, including blog posts, social media content, graphics, and videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Optimise website and landing pages for SEO and conversion rate.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital platforms.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest innovative strategies.

What we're looking for:

ESSENTIAL

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and/or content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

DESIRABLE
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with e-commerce or B2B marketing strategies.
