The Role

As a Removals Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering excellent service while safely transporting customers' belongings across London and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving one of our modern, well-maintained removal vehicles (3.5T Luton vans) to customers' homes and businesses
  • Carrying out 1–2 removals per day, from small moves to more complex jobs
  • Working independently on some jobs and with a porter on larger moves
  • Starting between 7:00–9:00 am and finishing between 5:00–7:00 pm (with occasional earlier starts or later finishes job dependend— all fully paid)
  • Providing great customer service and maintaining communication with the office throughout the day

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out removals safely, professionally, and efficiently
  • Complete a daily vehicle inspection each morning (15 minutes)
  • Lead and motivate your team on jobs where needed
  • Communicate clearly with customers and the office, reporting any delays, issues, or damages promptly
  • Keep vehicles clean and tidy throughout the day
  • Check equipment daily and report any missing or broken items
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately
  • Ensure team members follow company standards and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
  • Confident driving 3.5T Luton vans
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience
  • Experience with removals: export packing, dismantling and reassembling furniture, securing loads in vehicles.
  • Confident leading a small to medium size team
  • Good problem-solving skills and common sense
  • Positive, hard-working attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Empathy, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Familiar with health and safety protocols
