EIP Elements specialises in chemical, pharmaceutical, and materials-based patents, supporting clients from universities and start-ups to global corporations. Areas of expertise include drug discovery, dosage regimens, materials science, polymers, cosmetics, food ingredients, and hydrogen technologies. EIP HealthTech support clients in healthcare and medical sectors, covering inventions in medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, AI-driven healthcare, surgical tools, drug delivery systems, and more.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking bright, motivated individuals with a strong academic background in chemistry/biochemistry who are ready to take on the challenge of becoming a patent attorney.

You'll need:

  • An impressive Degree, Master's, or PhD in chemistry or biochemistry.
  • A genuine interest in science, technology and innovation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Confidence engaging with people at all levels.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • An open-minded, accountable and resilient mindset.
  • Strong time management skills.
