This is an opportunity for a UK-based designer to relocate to Dubai and lead projects for one of the region's most respected boutique studios.

This is a small, collaborative team of around 25 creatives who specialise exclusively in high-end F&B interiors. Their portfolio includes some of the UAE's most recognisable restaurants, bars and hospitality spaces, with projects also extending across Europe and further afield.

You'll take ownership of full projects from client briefing and concept development through to delivery on site.

The studio is looking for someone who can balance strong design ability with client-facing confidence and coordination skills. It's a role that offers genuine responsibility, influence, and a clear path to becoming a future director within the business.

What you'll do

  • Lead F&B design projects from concept to completion
  • Manage client relationships and present design ideas with confidence
  • Coordinate with suppliers, consultants and contractors throughout delivery
  • Guide and mentor a small design team
  • Contribute to the creative direction and continued growth of the studio

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in high-end F&B or hospitality design
  • UK-based background or experience working within leading UK studios
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to oversee both design and delivery stages
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach suited to a boutique environment

Package

The starting salary is c£7000 per month tax-free + flight, medical, visa and health insurance with lots of room to grow. Equivalent to earning around £135k in the UK after tax.
