Job Advert Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Strategic Protecting Vulnerable Persons (PVP) Officer in Criminal Investigation Department.

What you will be doing?

To support the delivery of Protecting vulnerable persons across Dyfed-Powys area.

To provide audit support and scrutiny for PVPU business areas; Adult at risk, Child Abuse, Child Sexual Exploitation, Domestic Abuse, Female Genital Mutilation, Forced Marriage, Honour Base Violence, Human Trafficking, Managing Offenders, Missing persons, Serious Sexual Offences, Stalking and Harassment and Sex Workers.

Represent Dyfed Powys Police at external and Internal Events at a Local, Regional and National Level.

To receive, record, review and prioritise information using the recognised PVP systems including PROTECT.
