in Cheshire is seeking an experienced
Insolvency Solicitor
to join its well-established Commercial Litigation and Restructuring team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded regional practice that offers top-quality work, excellent progression prospects, hybrid working, and a competitive remuneration package.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of both corporate and personal insolvency matters, including:

• Advising insolvency practitioners, directors, and creditors on restructuring and insolvency issues
• Handling administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements
• Advising on director disqualification proceedings and antecedent transactions
• Supporting on contentious insolvency matters, including asset recovery and misfeasance claims
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, litigation, and banking teams

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in insolvency and restructuring (PQE flexible as a guide)
• Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedure
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Commercially aware with the ability to provide pragmatic advice
• Ambitious and proactive with a desire to progress within a reputable team
