We are currently looking for a Part-time Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be required to work as part of a team to maintain the cleanliness and image of the home and to provide our Residents with the high-quality cleanliness standards they are familiar with. Training and development of our staff is a high priority at Coxbench Hall and you will be given as much training as needed along with a comprehensive induction programme to support you in undertaking the role. In addition, we are always happy to offer and explore opportunities for you to acquire new skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Residents rooms
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the common rooms of the Home
  • Previous cleaning Experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Can work well within a team but also on a solo basis.
  • Must be able to follow Company policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts and work weekends
  • Due to our location, having your own transport would be highly advantageous although buses do pass the home, these are limited on Sundays and bank holidays
  • Clean background check. If you do not already have one you will be supported to apply for one through our partners with the cost reimbursed after 3 months employment.

Salary and hours

· Part Time, 8am – 12 noon.

· £13.19 per hour including attendance bonus of 45p an hour for attending all of your shifts in a week.
