Shift Supervisor – Join Our Team in Lubenham

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, supporting your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience during every shift. Key Responsibilities:

Shift Leadership:

· Open and close the store with care and consistency, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.

· Oversee shift operations, keeping everything running like clockwork during busy periods.

Team Support & Motivation:

· Supervise and guide the team, keeping morale high and standards even higher.

· Lead by example to create a fun, focused, and productive working environment.

Customer Experience:

· Ensure every customer receives warm, friendly, and professional service.

· Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Operational Excellence:

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and presentation across front and back of house.

· Monitor the flow of service to ensure timely food and drink delivery.

Training & Development:

· Assist in onboarding and supporting new team members.

· Reinforce company standards and help staff perform at their best.

Stock & Cash Handling:

· Assist with inventory checks and highlight stock needs to the management team.

· Support cash handling duties and assist with till reconciliation at the end of shifts.

Health & Safety:

· Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.

· Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or retail setting.

· A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

· Calm and focused under pressure, especially during busy periods.

· Passionate about creating a great experience for customers and team members alike.
