Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded law firm, based in the West Midlands, which is looking to a talented
Criminal Solicitor
to join their busy office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor who can
immediately join the Duty Solicitor Rota
and is confident handling police station representation, advocacy, and criminal litigation.

The Role

  • Handle a varied caseload of criminal defence matters.
  • Represent clients at police stations and magistrates' courts.
  • Undertake advocacy including bail applications, case management hearings & trials.
  • Participate in the Duty Solicitor Rota (including evenings/weekends).
