Overview:
Strong Spas is seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to oversee our technology operations, manage IT systems, and lead initiatives that support our company's continued growth and digital transformation. This is an in-house position requiring close collaboration with leadership, departmental teams, and IT staff.

We are especially looking for a leader with a strong background in automation and AI who can help us optimize and modernize our operations as we transition to more automated processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all IT operations, including infrastructure management, network security, and system administration, to ensure reliable and secure business continuity.

  • Develop and implement IT policies, best practices, and systems aligned with organizational goals.

  • Evaluate business needs across all departments and recommend effective technology solutions.

  • Procure cost-effective and high-performing hardware, software, and IT services.

  • Monitor the use and performance of technology systems to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance.

  • Identify and propose upgrades, reconfigurations, or new systems to meet evolving business demands.

  • Supervise and support IT technicians, assigning tasks and providing training as needed.

  • Manage the IT department's budget, track expenditures, and report to upper management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost efficiency.

  • Drive the integration of automation and AI solutions to improve workflows and business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Proven experience implementing and managing enterprise-level systems, networks, and security protocols.

  • Strong understanding of business process automation, AI integration, and IT project management.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and technology budgets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
