START DATE APRIL 2026 (JANUARY 2026 may be possible)

PART TIME 0.7 to FULL TIME, PERMANENT

Notting Hill & Ealing High School, one of London¿s leading independent girls¿ day schools, has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Part Time Teacher of Biology to contribute further to a flourishing Biology Department in both its curricular and extra-curricular activities.

We are looking for a well-qualified graduate of Biology to teach highly motivated, talented girls throughout the school up to A-level and Oxbridge entrance. If you are a good communicator who can enthuse and inspire both pupils and colleagues and have exciting ideas about the teaching of Biology and the ways in which it can be further developed and encouraged, we would be delighted to hear from you.

The Department

The Science department works to academically challenge the girls. We have a dedicated team of 12 teachers across all three sciences, including the Heads of Biology, Chemistry and Physics, who complement each other extremely well. There are also three science technicians across the Department as a whole. Our focus as a department is to provide the best educational experience for those studying the subjects from the moment they join the school until they leave us.
