Tech & AI Trainer

London | Hybrid Working | Full-Time

As a Tech & AI Trainer, you'll be instrumental in designing and delivering engaging training programmes and awareness campaigns that empower our teams to thrive in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

What we're looking for?

We're seeking a personable and adaptable trainer who's ready to make a meaningful impact. Ideally, you'll have:

  • A minimum of 18 months' experience in a training focused role
  • Proven experience delivering training across various formats (group sessions, one-to-one, digital modules)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including AI tools such as Copilot
  • The ability to engage with individuals at all levels and remain effective under pressure

Bonus points if you have:

  • A background in professional services environments
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand)
  • Professional certification in training, technology, or Microsoft platforms
  • A track record of developing effective training materials
