My name's Rob, and I run ProtoFit, a small-group personal training studio in Southgate, North London. We help everyday men and women (aged 25–65) get fitter and feel better – not just through training, but with the support, structure and accountability that makes all the difference.

We're growing fast, and it's time to expand our team.

The Role

We're looking for a part-time Fitness Coach to lead:

  • Group training sessions
  • 1-to-1 personal training
  • Ongoing client support (motivation, nutrition, accountability)

You'll be helping real people make real changes – and be part of a supportive, no-ego team that genuinely enjoys working together.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading small-group sessions that are fun, focused, and inclusive
  • Running 1-to-1 training sessions tailored to client needs
  • Supporting members with nutrition, habits, and motivation
  • Checking in regularly to track results and provide accountability
  • Helping clients stay consistent and celebrating their wins
  • Collaborating with our coaching team to keep improving

Who We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent)
  • A positive, enthusiastic and friendly personality
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback and grow
  • Confidence in group and 1-to-1 settings (or willing to be trained up)
  • Someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to make a difference

Pay & Hours

  • Part-time (hours flexible and can grow over time)
  • £500–£1,750/month, depending on hours and experience
  • Studio based – Southgate, North London (N14)
