Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering exceptional care at our care home in Broxburn. In this role, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents while upholding our commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans.
  • Administer medication in a professional manner and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure you work within the National Care Standards and NMC codes of conduct
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Advocate for patients' needs and preferences

Qualifications

  • Valid NMC
  • Strong knowledge of care practices within a care home setting
  • Experience in medication administration and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate approach to all residents in your care
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning.
