Main Purpose of the role:
To provide administrative support to the Sales team, including preparing quotes, contracts, and managing diaries.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage the sales team's administrative tasks including inputting new leads, observing sales calls and minute taking.
· Preparing and distributing quotes and contracts to clients.
· Organise travel and accommodation arrangements and process expenses.
· Arrange client meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
· Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including Monday updates.
· Updating and tracking the sales pipeline.
· Processing handover from sales to projects.
· Provide support to the Senior Leadership Team and Board Members, including diary management and chasing actions/follow-ups from meetings.
· Organising bi-yearly teams comms events and support in the organisation of company social events.
· Carry out general administrative tasks to ensure smooth running throughout the company.
Experience and Skills
- Experience within the sales cycle of a product or service
- Experience in working with a CRM - Monday but not essential.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and focused.
- Organised, confident and driven by results with the ability to work to deadlines and timelines.
- Ability to see the bigger picture with logical reasoning and a problem solver, thinking creatively.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure.
- Honest
- Outstanding communication and written skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
- Able to communicate at all levels within an organisation.
- Relationship builder - External and internal with the interpersonal skills to motivate others.

- Full drivers licence essential due to location of company's premises - Kingsbridge / Exeter
The package
- Part Time Role - Hours: 09:30 - 14:30 (no lunch break) - can be flexible on times if needed
- 4 Days a week - Monday - Thursday
