What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end
    : take problems from idea → launch; set direction and ship fast.
  • Work full-stack
    where it matters most; learn quickly and prioritise leverage.
  • Obsess over the customer
    : collaborate with hosts, Property Experts, design & product to build what this industry truly needs.
  • Improve how we work
    : refactor/simplify legacy systems and strengthen our CI/CD and delivery patterns.
