This Position reports to:

Trade & Transportation Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes. Each day, you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities  

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. 
 
- Work model: hybrid

· Generating the required transportation documentation and ensuring completeness of documentation.

· Managing operational relationships with transport suppliers and implementing all transportation-related plans and processes.

· Validating transportation invoices and ensuring proper allocation and visibility of expenses.

Qualifications for the Role  

· You have 1-2 years of experience in customs clearance activities.

· You are highly skilled in working with Internal customers, external partners e.g. Freight forwarders, Customs Brokers and the Import & Customs market

· You possess some knowledge of the SAP System.

· You are passionate delivering a world class service to internal customers.
