As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair various types of equipment according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively, providing timely solutions to minimise downtime.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance performed.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and departments to improve service delivery processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in service engineering.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required for installations and repairs.
