The Role:
Reporting to the Growth & Marketing Manager, our Patient Growth Coordinators play a vital role in supporting business growth by delivering outstanding 5-star service.
You will build strong rapport with patients, drawing on your in-depth product knowledge to answer questions, provide reassurance, and highlight the benefits of our treatments and services. By nurturing trust and understanding, you'll confidently convert telephone and digital enquiries into bookings while enjoying the rewards of an uncapped commission structure.
The working hours are:
Full Time over 4.5 days per week between 8am - 7pm on Mondays and 8am - 6pm Tuesday to Friday
Your Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in a customer service, sales and/or lead management role
- A strong work ethic and determination to meet targets with 100% commitment to the team success
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building rapport
- Passion for delivering 5* customer service and confidence in engaging with people
- Excellent computer skills and experience of working with CRM platforms
