Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality service and support to our clients, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems effectively to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Install new equipment and ensure proper functionality upon completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's licence is preferred for travel between job sites.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related field would be advantageous.
