The Director of Product Management, Lending is a Strategic role in driving the product vision and execution to ensure alignment with Universal Banking's strategic initiatives. We build a world-class product as part of the Essence product suite to fulfill the Lending requirements of a Universal banking solution. This role will drive customer satisfaction & customer retention by providing a world-class customer experience in every interaction across the life cycle. This role will focus on continuous improvement of processes (inside the group and between different units), KPIs, and quality of deliverables.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver Lending products for a Universal banking business (including commonly used Core and Corporate Lending features)
Carry out market analysis to understand the most relevant features from a business value perspective and deliver the end-to-end business features including integration patterns and technology advancements
Prepare, present and prioritize initiatives on the product plan, KPIs, and timelines both internally and externally
Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved for Lending product within Essence solution aligned to the Strategic business roadmap
Use customer feedback and market opportunities to drive the Lending product modernization and buildout
Identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies
Required Experience:
10+ years' experience in Lending function/ Enterprise Banking
Understand current and future business requirements and translate into compelling narratives
Ability to identify market trends and extract key requirements through customer engagements
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage a diverse array of senior stakeholders.
Deep domain expertise in lending operations, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise banking systems
Be the product evangelist and subject matter expert for lending products
Proven ability to lead translation of complex business requirements into product specifications and user stories
