Automation Engineer

We are looking for a talented Automation Engineer to strengthen our team in Aberdeen. You will be part of our Customer Experience team supporting our managed service Cetegra clients through automation, process improvement, and best practice advisory.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • ITSM tool automation and API integrations
  • Workflow design and process automation
  • Basic Windows/Linux administration
  • Development and deployment of O365, Intune, and Azure automation features 
  • Troubleshooting and optimization of automated solutions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience using PowerShell
  • Fundamentals level certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT. Extensive competence may compensate for formal education.
  • Operations or project delivery experience
  • Experience with DevOps and C#

If we're lucky, you also have experience with:

  • Git
  • Javascript )
  • Some understanding of Security and Network
  • Active Directory and user security
