Corporate Paralegal
keen to progress towards a
Training Contract
opportunity.


Role Description

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will support our lawyers on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This hands-on role offers exposure to complex transactions and close collaboration with clients, colleagues, and other professionals across the GS Verde Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and investments
  • Draft and review corporate documents, including shareholder agreements and board minutes
  • Conduct legal research and prepare reports
  • Manage due diligence processes
  • Liaise with clients and external advisers
  • Support the wider team in delivering seamless, multi-disciplinary advice


About You

We are looking for someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 law degree (or higher)
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in corporate law

Desirable:

  • Prior corporate law experience (minimum 12 months in a corporate/commercial legal environment)
  • LPC/SQE completed or in progress
  • Experience working directly with clients
