Duties
- Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of residents.
- Supervise and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all medication administration is conducted safely and in accordance with best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, including assessments and progress notes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for residents.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and wellbeing, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in senior care, dementia care, and leadership.

Experience
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is essential.
