PSYCHOTHERAPISTSalary: £35,000
Hours: Full-time (37.5)
Location: Horizon Care & Education - West Midlands
Join our multidisciplinary team supporting young people with SEMH needs, trauma histories, communication difficulties and neurodiversity. You'll deliver high-quality therapeutic support across our schools and residential settings.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Deliver 1:1 and group therapeutic interventions
- Complete assessments and contribute to EHCPs, behaviour and risk plans
- Provide clinical consultation and training to staff
- Work closely with external agencies (LA, CAMHS, schools)
- Maintain clear clinical notes and outcomes data
- Engage fully in supervision and CPD
- Qualified Psychotherapist with relevant accreditation
- Experience with young people with complex needs
- Strong assessment, formulation and communication skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed, child-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively within an MDT
