Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Salesforce. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that address client needs.
  • Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
