We have partnered with a leading global brand in the health and nutrition sector to appoint an ambitious UX Product Manager. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of product, design, and growth owning the end-to-end user journey from discovery to checkout. You'll work cross functionally with marketing, design, and engineering teams to translate customer insights into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the UX and digital product strategy for the Shopify storefront, ensuring a seamless, high-performing user journey across devices.
  • Partner with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver conversion-focused site improvements that elevate the brand and drive commercial results.
  • Lead user research and usability testing to inform decisions on navigation, content hierarchy, and checkout flow optimisation.
  • Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate based on data and insights to improve key performance metrics such as CVR, AOV, and CLV.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing and CRM teams to align UX strategy with customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Maintain and evolve the Shopify tech stack, ensuring integrations (e.g. reviews, subscriptions, loyalty, payments) support the brand's D2C ambitions.
  • Own roadmap planning, prioritisation, and sprint delivery for UX and eCommerce improvements.
  • Stay current on emerging Shopify apps, UX trends, and eCommerce innovations to ensure the brand remains best-in-class.
  • Champion customer-centric thinking across the business by translating data and feedback into actionable insights.
  • Define and report on key UX and product performance metrics, communicating outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in eCommerce or digital product management, with a strong focus on D2C and Shopify environments.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable UX improvements and conversion optimisation within fast-paced, growth-oriented brands within FMCG.
  • Deep understanding of UX design principles, information architecture, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketers in agile or cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Skilled at managing backlogs and translating data insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus and integrations such as Klaviyo.
  • Passionate about eCommerce, user experience, and creating digital experiences that delight customers and drive results.
