Job Title: Social Worker - Adults Team
Location: Devon
Rate: Up to £35 per hour

An exciting job role has recently become available at the Devon. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Team. 

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will employ a strengths-based, inclusive approach that is anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive. You will conduct holistic assessments of needs, balancing risk and protective factors, and formulate outcome-focused plans with clear aims and objectives. Maintaining accurate case records and managing a complex case workload will be essential. Additionally, you will collaborate with professionals and agencies to ensure an integrated approach.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
