Pay & Benefits

Weekdays (Mon–Sat): £14.00 per hour

Sundays: £14.42 per hour

Shift Patterns

We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle – our services run 7 days a week:

Weekend and Evening Shift Patterns

Day Shifts: 6:00 / 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening Shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 / 11:00 PM

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Professional, you'll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
  • Medication support (preparation and administration)
  • Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
  • Mobility and equipment support
  • Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
  • Companionship and emotional support

You'll also:

  • Encourage social engagement and family connections
  • Monitor health and report any changes
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with families and professionals
Qualifications

What You'll Need (Besides a Cape)

No experience? No problem

Strong communication and listening skills
