Belong is seeking an exceptional Intergenerational engagement & experience lead to pioneer our award-winning partnership with Ready Generations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of intergenerational practice in Social Care, blending creativity, leadership, and purpose.

You'll lead the design and delivery of engaging day care services, community events, and intergenerational experiences that bring together children, older adults, and families. Using the Mirrored Care and Learning Curriculum, you'll ensure every activity enhances wellbeing, learning, and connection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire high-quality intergenerational practice across the village
  • Co-create personalised Experience Days with nursery and care teams
  • Build strong partnerships with local schools, museums, and community groups
  • Support and supervise the Intergenerational Support Worker
  • Monitor impact through KPIs and contribute to national best practice
  • Champion safeguarding, inclusion, and meaningful engagement

If you're a creative leader with experience in Social Care, education, or community development and you thrive on building relationships, coaching others, and designing experiences that matter this is the job for you. You will also be confident using frameworks, managing teams, and working across generations.

Qualifications & Desirables
  • Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
  • Relevant Activity, Leisure, or Engagement qualification (desirable)
  • Experience in Social Care, education, or community development (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)
