Job Summary:
Join our team at Playworks LDT as a Club Manager, where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our after-school club. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and engaging environment for children while ensuring compliance with CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) regulations and Playworks Childcare Policies and Procedures.
Duties:
- Manage the daily activities of the after-school club, including setup and cleanup.
- Collaborate with parents and Club Assistant to address individual children's needs and preferences.
- Facilitate play and learning experiences that promote holistic child development.
- Maintain a welcoming and safe environment, prioritizing health and safety protocols.
- Provide nutritious snacks for the children in your care.
- Enforce Playworks childcare policies consistently.
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 3 CCLD or Level 3 Playwork qualification.
- Possess an Enhanced DBS check.
