to join our well-established team at our
Sutterton branch, in Lincolnshire

What you'll be doing:

Reporting directly to the Parts & Retail Manager, you will:

  • Support customers and technicians with day-to-day enquiries about agricultural and specialist vegetable machinery parts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Accurately process, dispatch, and manage customer orders
  • Provide product information and guidance on the full range of parts and services we offer
  • Help create a positive and professional experience for all visitors and callers

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills with a polite and professional manner
  • Strong knowledge of
    agricultural and specialist vegetable machinery
  • Enjoy working with the general public and building customer relationships
  • Experience in a retail or showroom environment (desirable)
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
  • Confident using email, computers, and general office systems
  • Strong numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail (including handling payments)
  • A motivated team player who can also work independently
  • Smart, presentable, and customer-focused
  • Driven by sales and achieving targets

Additional Information:

Location: Sutterton, Lincolnshire PE20 2ET

Hours: 39 hours per week basic – 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday, Saturdays as per rota. Overtime paid at time and a half on completion of 39 hours Monday to Friday.

Contract: Permanent, Full time, Salaried

Salary: £Competitive, dependent upon experience
