Tasks And Responsibilities
- Design and co-develop technical solutions with the Product team to build innovative tools and formats that enhance the creative offering.
- Lead the technical implementation of high-value creative projects for strategic clients, ensuring excellence and scalability.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks within the creative team's workflow, driving efficiency through automation.
- Generate clear technical documentation and knowledge resources about new creative solutions and products to facilitate internal adoption.
- Research and validate emerging new technologies to introduce cutting-edge creative methodologies and maintain innovation in the solutions portfolio.
- Lead and manage a team of creative technologists and developers, providing technical direction, performance oversight, and career mentorship.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in a technical creative role (e.g., Creative Technologist, Technical Director, or similar), with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strong understanding of front-end web technologies and their creative application.
- Demonstrable experience in designing, architecting, and deploying scalable digital creative solutions.
- A track record of successfully bringing high-complexity, client-facing technical creative projects from concept to launch.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
