Your Job:

  • Provide exceptional guest service in all Meetings Events and Food Beverage areas, ensuring that the agreed-upon standards are consistently met.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of the team, being mindful of colleagues' needs and demonstrating flexibility with working hours.
  • Actively promote sales within the department and throughout the hotel.
  • Maintain safe working practices in the Meetings Events areas, promptly addressing any spillages or safety hazards.
  • Completing set up of events including moving of furniture
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the department's standard operating procedures, especially regarding room setups.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience working in hospitality.
  • Experience working with customers
  • An excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a strong team player
