Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Duties and responsibilities related to the Sommelier role

  • Provide personalised recommendations and guidance to guests on wine selection, ensuring an exceptional and memorable dining experience.
  • Oversee the storage and rotation of wine inventory, maintaining optimal conditions for aging and serving.
  • Attend regular wine tastings and educational sessions to enhance your understanding of wine.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine wine pairings for seasonal menus and special events.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new wine releases to continuously improve the wine program.

About you

Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel is highly desirable. A minimum of WSET Level 2 certification is required.
