SetSales is Northern Europe's leading sales community and aims to connect and develop commercially-minded executives, decision makers in sales, and aspiring entrepreneurs. We are connecting more than 4,000 professionals from more than 15 countries every year. 

SetSales is part of United Media which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

As our Event & Experience Associate, you get the unique opportunity to be a key player in building the greatest conferences across our portfolio companies By providing you with the ownership of our conferences, we want to constantly push you out of your comfort zone. You'll be working out of our HQ in London and to ensure a never ending growth curve, we provide you with:

Your responsibility will be to help our portfolio companies create the greatest conference experiences, which entails that you:

Create a vision and lay out a strategy for creating extraordinary experiences while innovating on opportunities and ideasMake a detailed plan for how to execute the vision and strategyIdentify and contact potential partnersPromote events and close dealsManage conferences by ensuring everything runs smoothly on the days of our conferences enabling us to always surpass our former high attendee satisfactionWhat we expect from you

Have acquired a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding resultsWilling to work in a role with outstanding performance within event planning or coordination, marketing, public relations or another relevant field Have a UK work permitHave an exceptional eye for aesthetics and detailsAre well-organised and able to structure and prioritise your workLike to build and nurture relationsPossess great negotiation skillsStartdate

Flexible

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.
